摘要:With the continuous advancement of technology and materials and the continuous changes in demand, the design of vehicles has gradually changed from machine-oriented to human-oriented, and the goal of the design is to bring the driver a safer and more comfortable experience. At present, some Chinese motorboats for specific purposes mostly rely on imports, such as marine emergency motorboats. The emergence of this phenomenon has caused a mismatch between the size of the motorboat and the size of the Chinese driver. So it may lead to reduced driving comfort, muscle fatigue, reduced rescue efficiency, and safety issues, thereby affecting the completion of offshore rescue work. Now, the manufacture of domestic motor boats is short of the standard size of Chinese human body, so it is urgent to design a motorboat suitable for China’s offshore rescue. Based on this, our research first collected relevant Chinese and foreign literature, and summarized the reference data of similar motorboats which have been put into production, combined with ergonomics and material structure analysis, and proposed the design of composite motorboats suitable for China's offshore rescue. Secondly, a good motorboats design provides a comfortable experience while maintaining superior performance. We designed experiments, collected data on Chinese human bodies, and designed the size and structure of motorboat according to the data.Finally, after analysis and comparison of several related resin, fiber and core materials suitable for this composite motorboat, finally selected unsaturated polyester resins, glass fiber and PVC foam core materials respectively. We also performed pressure calculations to verify the safety of the material design, and completed the design of a emergency motorboats suitable for offshore rescue in China.It provides a reference direction for the better combination of ergonomics and motorboats design, and makes a beneficial attempt under the close combination of design theory research and material selection. ? 2021, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.
