摘要:根据碰摩和油膜耦合故障转子系统的非线性动力学方程,利用求解非线性非自治动力系统周期解的延拓打靶算法,研究了该类转子系统在不平衡量-转速、碰摩间隙-转速参数域内周期运动的分岔及失稳规律,并与只含油膜故障的转子系统的分岔失稳规律进行了比较。结果发现:碰摩的出现和加剧,使得在较小偏心量下系统的失稳方式由倍周期分岔变为拟周期分岔形式。碰摩推迟了油膜涡动的产生,使得系统的失稳转速较高。碰摩间隙较大时,系统周期运动失稳转速值基本不变。
Based on the nonlinear dynamic model of the rotor-bearing system with rub-impact and oil fault, the bifurcation and stability of the periodic motion of the system in unbalance-rotating speed and clearance-rotating speed parametric domains are studied by use of continuation-shooting algorithm for periodic solutions of nonlinear non-autonomous dynamics system. The results obtained are compared with those of rotor-bearing system with oil whirl fault. The following conclusions are drawn: the occurrence and aggravation of rub-impact have the bifurcation changing from doubling bifurcation to Hopf bifurcation when the unbalance is small. The rub-impact delays the occurrence of oil whirl and makes the critical speed increase. The critical speed does not change when the rotor/stator clearance is large because the oil whirl occurs before rub-impact.
