摘要:NOVELTY - Derived protein of epidermal growth factor-ferritin heavy chain subunit derived protein, comprising fully defined 256 amino acids (SEQ ID NO.1) as given in the specification, and inserted with cysteine at 5th position, i.e., epidermal growth factor-5cysteine-ferritin heavy chain subunit protein, and a nucleoside sequence encoding the derived protein, comprising fully defined 771 nucleotides (SEQ ID NO.2) as given in the specification, is new. USE - The derived protein and nano medicine-loading system are useful for preparing anti-tumor cell medicine, preferably anti-breast cancer medicine for preparing anti-medicine-resistant tumor cell lines (MCF-7/ADR cells) (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nano medicine-loading system improves medicine-loading capacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) DNA molecule encoding the derived protein of epidermal growth factor-ferritin heavy chain subunit derived protein, comprising fully defined 771 nucleotides (SEQ ID NO.2) as given in the specification; (2) expression vector, comprising the DNA molecule, where the expression vector is empty plasmid pET-28a(+); (3) genetically engineered bacteria, comprising the nucleotide sequence of DNA molecule, preferably expression vector, where host cell of the genetically engineered bacteria is Escherichia coli BL21 (DE3); (4) preparing the derived protein; (5) ferritin heavy chain subunit protein nano medicine-loading system, comprising the derived protein as a medicine vector; and (6) preparing the ferritin heavy chain subunit protein nano medicine-loading system, comprising reacting the crosslinking agent of trifluoroacetate salt containing maleic hydrazide with adriamycin to obtain compound A, and then binding the compound A with the derived protein.
