摘要：NOVELTY - Horizontal air floatation coupled corrugated plate oil removal comprises adding oily wastewater containing micro-solid particles in fork type horizontal bubble generator having front part provided with corrugated plate, generating 10-30 mu m bubbles, fully contacting with oily wastewater containing micro-solid particles, floating oil droplets on upper part of corrugated plate, separating oil and water, obtaining purified water and discharging purified water having oil content of less than or equal to 15 mg/L. USE - Horizontal air floatation coupled corrugated plate oil removal. ADVANTAGE - The method has fast separation speed and high efficiency and prevents solid particles from depositing and blocking the corrugated plate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Horizontal air floatation coupled corrugated plate oil removal comprises adding oily wastewater containing micro-solid particles at less than or equal to 1500 mg/L in fork type horizontal bubble generator having front part provided with corrugated plate, generating 10-30 mu m bubbles, fully contacting with oily wastewater containing micro-solid particles, where flow rate of oily wastewater containing micro-solid particles is 0.01-0.05 m/s, oil droplet particle diameter is 1-50 mu m, and operation temperature is 50-99 degrees C, floating oil droplets on upper part of corrugated plate, separating oil and water, obtaining purified water and discharging purified water having oil content of less than or equal to 15 mg/L. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a device used for horizontal air floatation coupled corrugated plate oil removal comprising shell, baffle plate, fork type horizontal bubble generator, symmetrical type corrugated plate, separating board, air bag and purified water outlet.
