摘要:NOVELTY - Preparation of biomass composite from recycled waste paper involves blending raw materials including 100 pts. wt. thermoplastic resin, 100-300 pts. wt. 10-50 meshes recycled paper sample, 1-20 pts. wt. compatilizer, 1-20 pts. wt. coupling agent and 1-40 pts. wt. dispersant at 40-60 degrees C, obtaining a blended material, and extruding and granulating the blended material at 100-200 degrees C. The compatilizer is maleic anhydride modified thermoplastic resin. The dispersing agent is chosen from liquid paraffin, polyethylene wax, stearic acid or its, silicone oil and N,N'-ethylene bis(stearamide). USE - Preparation of biomass composite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical and easy preparation of biomass composite having excellent mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of biomass composite from recycled waste paper involves blending raw materials including 100 pts. wt. thermoplastic resin, 100-300 pts. wt. 10-50 meshes recycled paper sample, 1-20 pts. wt. compatilizer, 1-20 pts. wt. coupling agent and 1-40 pts. wt. dispersant at 40-60 degrees C, obtaining a blended material, and extruding and granulating the blended material at 100-200 degrees C. The compatilizer is maleic anhydride modified thermoplastic resin. The coupling agent is chosen from silane coupling agent, titanate coupling agent, chromic acid ester coupling agent, aluminate coupling agent and boric acid ester coupling agent. The dispersing agent is chosen from liquid paraffin, polyethylene wax, stearic acid or its, silicone oil and N,N'-ethylene bis(stearamide).
