摘要:为加深对富氧燃烧玻璃窑炉热工特性的进一步认识,在燃料燃烧计算的基础上,应用改进的充分搅拌火焰空间传热模型,采用数值方法计算研究了氧含量对玻璃窑炉热工特性参数的影响。计算结果表明,随氧含量增加,空气需要量和烟气生成量逐渐降低,理论燃烧温度明显提高;氧含量增加,火焰黑度增大,火焰辐射给玻璃料液面的热量也增大,且增幅显著,表明富氧燃烧确有节能降耗的作用。氧含量改变对窑墙内、外表面温度和通过窑墙的散热损失影响不大。
In order to further understand characteristics of the oxygen-enriched combustion glass melting furnace,effects of oxygen content have been numerically studied by applying the modified well-stirred model of heat transfer in combustion space on the basis of fuel combustion calculations.The calculated results show that the quantities of the required air and the waste gas for natural gas-fired glass furnace gradually decrease with increasing the oxygen content in air.The theoretical combustion temperature,the flame emissivity,and the net radiative heat transfer from flame to glass melt increases obviously with increase of the oxygen content.Thus it results in the energy savings for oxygen-enriched combustion glass melting furnace.The inner and outside surface temperatures of furnace wall and the heat loss through the furnace wall slightly increase with increase of the oxygen content.
