摘要:为解决煤矸石处置难的问题,引入化学组成与煤矸石互补的棉秆,制备二者混后的复合颗粒,研究煤矸石、棉秆以及复合颗粒的恒温热解特性,并对恒温热解过程进行拟合计算,筛选出适合的热解反应机理模型。结果表明:煤矸石、棉秆和复合颗粒在不同温度下的恒温热解速率不同,同一温度下达到最大热解速率的时间从短到长的顺序为:棉秆颗粒<复合颗粒<煤矸石颗粒;根据等温动力学方程和反应机理共模函数,煤矸石颗粒热解符合一级反应模型,复合颗粒热解符合二级反应模型,棉秆颗粒热解符合三级反应模型;煤矸石、棉秆和复合颗粒热解活化能分别为78.98、24.61和20.79 kJ/mol,复合颗粒的活化能最低,可能是复合颗粒中的煤矸石和棉秆颗粒之间存在一定的相互作用,降低了热解所需的能量;在此基础上建立表观动力学模型,并验证了该模型能较好地反映棉秆、煤矸石以及二者复合颗粒的热解行为。
Cotton stalk,which is mutually complementary with coal gangue in chemical composition,was crushed and evenly mixed with gangue at a given ratio to prepare composite particles,aiming to solve the difficulty in the disposal of coal gangue.The thermostatic pyrolysis characteristics of coal gangue,cotton stalk and composite particles were studied,fitting calculations were performed on the thermostatic pyrolysis process,and suitable pyrolysis reaction mechanism models were screened out.The results show that coal gangue,cotton stalk and composite particles have different thermostatic pyrolysis rates at varying temperatures,for which the duration of reaching the maximum pyrolysis rates at the same temperature is ranked in a descending order as below:cotton stalk particles < composite particles < coal gangue particles.According to the isothermal kinetic equation and the common mode function of reaction mechanism,the pyrolysis pattern of coal gangue particles,composite particles and cotton stalk particles is in line with the first-order,second-order and third-order reaction model,respectively.The pyrolysis activation energies of the three particles are 78.98,24.61 and 20.79 kJ/mol,respectively,among which the pyrolysis activation energy of composite particles is the lowest.This suggests that there may be an interaction between coal gangue and cotton stalk during the pyrolysis,which reduces the energy required for pyrolysis.On this basis,an apparent kinetic model has been established,and it is also verified that the model can better reflect the pyrolysis behaviors of cotton stalk,coal gangue and their composite particles.
