摘要：从战略性新兴产业生命周期的视角出发,研究战略性新兴产业创新获利的关键因素.研究发现,战略性新兴产业在价值创造的过程中,动态有效的创新获利策略将有助于创新价值占有和对发达国家的赶超.影响战略性新兴产业创新获利的主要因素包括独占性机制、互补性资产、网络外部性及主导设计、动态能力和相关公共政策.上述因素在战略性新兴产业的研发、生产、规模化以及专业化4个阶段起到不同的作用,创新企业应该根据产业所处生命周期动态选择创新获利策略.制定我国战略性新兴产业扶持政策,不仅要考虑自主创新能力,也要考虑创新获利能力.
From the perspective of industry life cycle, it explored key factors influencing profiting from innovation of strategic emerging industry. It finds that in fostering and developing process of strategic emerging industries, the dy- namic and effective strategies related to profiting from innovation contribute to the value possession. Strategies, inclu- ding approprability, complementary assets, network externalities, dominant design, dynamic capabilities and innova- tion-related public policy, are the main factors affecting industries＇ profitability. But in different development stages of strategic emerging industries, namely R＆D stage, production stage, large-scale stage and specialization stage, these factors play different roles. Enterprises should select profit strategies dynamically in the certain phase of an industry life cycle. When making science and technology policy, the government should not only focus on enterprises＇ ability of in- dependent innovation, but also on the capability of profitiing from innovation.
