摘要:金属氧化物吸附剂常被用来处理废水中的锑,然而因其呈粉末状,存在分离回收难问题。采用溶剂热法制备了一种新型的二元锆铁氧化物粉末材料,将其负载到碳纤维表面而获得锆铁-碳纤维复合材料(ZF@CF)并用于水中锑的吸附研究。利用扫描电镜(SEM)和红外光谱(FT-IR)对制得的ZF@CF复合材料进行形貌和结构表征,结果显示锆铁氧化物粉末材料可有效地负载于碳纤维表面,其表面拥有丰富的—OH功能基团。系统研究了溶液pH、不同初始浓度、接触时间和温度等因素对ZF@CF吸附锑效果的影响。结果表明:该材料对Sb(Ⅲ)和Sb(Ⅴ)的吸附过程符合Langmuir模型和准二级动力学模型,吸附量分别为21.65mg/g和14.96mg/g,高于碳纤维材料本身。这表明ZF@CF复合材料具有结构稳定、易回收的特点,对水中锑具有良好的吸附效果,是一种具有良好潜力的除锑吸附剂。
Metal oxide sorbents are often used to treat antimony in wastewater,but they are difficult to be separated and recovered because of their powder form.A new type of binary zirconium iron oxide powder material was prepared by solvothermal method.The zirconium iron carbon fiber composite(ZF@CF)was prepared by loading the zirconium iron oxide onto the surface of carbon fiber and used to study the adsorption of antimony in water.The morphology and structure of ZF@CF composite were characterized by SEM and FTIR.The results showed that the zirconium iron oxide could be effectively loaded on the surface of carbon fiber,and the surface had abundant—OH functional groups.The effects of pH value,initial concentration,contact time and temperature on the adsorption of antimony by ZF@CF were systematically studied.The results demonstrated that the adsorption processes of Sb(Ⅲ)and Sb(Ⅴ)were in accordance with Langmuir model and quasi-second-order kinetic model,and the adsorption capacities of Sb(Ⅲ)and Sb(Ⅴ)were 21.65mg/g and 14.96mg/g,respectively,which were higher than that of carbon fiber.These results indicated that the ZF@CF composite had the characteristics of stable structure and easy recovery,and had good adsorption effect on antimony in water,making it a kind of adsorbent with good potential for antimony removal.
