摘要:NOVELTY - Preparing nuclear magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent with high-sensitivity based on macromolecular nanoparticle, comprises either fine emulsion polymerization of gadolinium-tetraazacyclododecane-tetraacetic acid (Gd-DOTA) complex with a long-chain alkane (I) or gadolinium-diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid (Gd-DPTA) complex with long-chain alkane (II) with a macromolecular monomer, or fine emulsion polymerization of DOTA with a long-chain alkane (III) or DPTA with a long-chain alkane (IV) with a macromolecular monomer and coordinating with gadolinium. USE - The method is useful for preparing nuclear magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent with high-sensitivity based on macromolecular nano-particle. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing nuclear magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent with high-sensitivity based on macromolecular nanoparticle, comprises either fine emulsion polymerization of gadolinium-tetraazacyclododecane-tetraacetic acid (Gd-DOTA) complex with long-chain alkane of formula (I) or gadolinium-diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid (Gd-DPTA) complex with long-chain alkane of formula (II) with a macromolecular monomer, or fine emulsion polymerization of tetraazacyclododecane-tetraacetic acid (DOTA) with a long-chain alkane of formula (III) or diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid (DPTA) with a long-chain alkane of formula (IV) with a macromolecular monomer and coordinating with gadolinium. The monomer is styrene, divinylbenzene, methyl methacrylate, ethyl methacrylate, tertiary butyl methacrylate, methacrylate, ethyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, tertiary butyl acrylate or acrylamide. A mixture of Gd-DOTA or Gd-DPTA derivative is used as a surfactant with other surfactant. The other surfactant is Tween 20 (RTM: Polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan monolaurate), Tween 40 (RTM: Polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan monopalmitate), Tween 60 (RTM: Polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan monostearate), Tween 80 (RTM: Polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan monooleate), Span 20 (RTM: Sorbitan monolaurate), Span 40 (RTM: Sorbitan Monopalmitate), Span 60 (RTM: Sorbitan monostearate), Span 80 (RTM: Sorbitan monooleate), polyvinyl alcohol, gum Arabic or polyethylene glycol-polypropylene glycol-polyethylene glycol (PEG-PPG-PEG) copolymer. n = 8-24 .
