摘要:将碳系导电填料掺杂到聚醚醚酮(PEEK)树脂中,通过熔融共混方法制备了PEEK/膨胀石墨蠕虫(EG),PEEK/炭黑(CB),PEEK/碳纤维(CF),PEEK/EG/CB,PEEK/EG/CB/CF复合材料,并研究了不同成型加工方法对复合材料制备试样导电性能的影响。结果表明,相比单一尺度导电填料掺杂PEEK复合材料,多元碳系导电填料复配掺杂PEEK复合材料内部的导电网络更易搭建且稳定。在PEEK/EG/CB复合材料模压成型条件下,添加总质量分数为6.0%-6.5%的导电填料,可以获得表面电阻为10^(6)-10^(9)Ω的抗静电板片材;在复合材料注射成型条件下,为了达到抗静电要求,二元导电填料EG/CB复配填充总质量分数需达到17.0%,三元导电填料EG/CB/CF复配填充总质量分数需达到22.0%。添加玻璃纤维(GF)提高复合材料的力学性能,添加GF对PEEK/EG/CB和PEEK/EG/CB/CF复合材料的表面电阻均未产生明显影响,适量添加GF可得到抗静电与力学性能兼优的复合材料。
The carbon-based conductive fillers were doped into polyether ether ketone(PEEK)resin by melt blending,and PEEK/expanded graphite worm(EG),PEEK/carbon black(CB),PEEK/carbon fiber(CF),PEEK/EG/CB,PEEK/EG/CB/CF composites were prepared,and the influences of different molding processing methods on the conductive properties of the composite samples were studied.The results show that,compared with single-scale conductive filler-doped PEEK composite,the internal conductive network of multi-element carbon-based conductive fillers compound-doped PEEK composite is easier to build and stable.Under the conditions of PEEK/EG/CB composite compression molding,adding conductive fillers with a total mass fraction of 6.0%–6.5%,an antistatic sheet with a surface resistance of 10^(6)–10^(9)Ωcan be obtained.Under the conditions of composite injection molding,in order to meet the antistatic requirements,the total mass fraction of binary conductive filler EG/CB filling compound needs to reach 17.0%,and the total mass fraction of ternary conductive filler EG/CB/CF filling compound needs to reach 22.0%.The glass fiber(GF)is added to enhance the mechanical properties of the composite.Adding GF has no significant effects on the surface resistance of PEEK/EG/CB and PEEK/EG/CB/CF composites.Adding GF in a proper amount can obtain the composite with excellent antistatic and mechanical properties.
