摘要:为了确定某油田在一次套铣作业时NC31(LH)钻杆外螺纹接头断裂的原因,对断裂钻杆接头的断口宏观、微观形貌、化学成分、力学性能和金相组织等进行了试验分析,并用管柱拉扭复合载荷图及有限元分析方法,对断裂失效的钻杆管体及接头的性能进行相关计算。分析结果表明,断裂钻杆化学成分与力学性能合格;断裂原因为套铣作业时,井底钻柱承受超载扭矩,在轴向拉伸与井底扭矩的共同作用下,外螺纹接头发生过载断裂失效。
In order to find out the fracture reason of NC31(LH)external thread joint in a milling operation in an oilfield,the macro and micro morphology,chemical composition,mechanical properties and metallographic structure of the fractured drill pipe joint were analyzed,and the performance of the failed pipe string and joint was calculated by using the string tension-torsion composite load diagram and finite element method.The analysis results show that the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the fractured drill pipe are qualified.The fracture reason is that the bottom hole drill string bears overload torque during milling operation.Under the combined action of axial tensile load and bottom hole torque,the overload failure of external thread joint occurs.
