摘要:以精对苯二甲酸(PTA)和1,3-丙二醇(1,3-PDO)为原料,以自制的Ti O2-MxOy(M为金属)为催化剂,采用酯化—预聚—缩聚反应合成聚对苯二甲酸1,3-丙二醇酯(PTT)。研究了催化剂的制备条件以及反应条件对合成的PTT产品的影响。实验结果表明,在n(Ti)∶n(M)=3∶1、焙烧温度500℃下制备的Ti O2-MxOy催化剂具有很高的活性,当原料配比n(1,3-PDO)∶n(PTA)=1.6、催化剂用量(基于PTA的质量)5.75×10-4,酯化反应最终温度235℃、加热时间3.25 h、压力0.10~0.20 MPa,预聚反应温度235~260℃、反应时间40 min、压力500 Pa,缩聚反应温度260℃、反应时间2.25 h、终压100Pa时,合成的PTT产品的特性黏数达0.902 0 d L/g,色相b值为2.88,端羧基含量为18.34 mmol/kg。
Poly(trimethylene terephthalate)(PTT) was synthesized from terephthalic acid(PTA) and 1,3-propanediol(1,3-PDO) through direct esterification and polycondensation reaction with the self-made Ti O2-MxOy catalysts. The effects of catalyst preparation conditions and reaction conditions on the synthesis were studied. The experimental results showed that the Ti O2-MxOy catalyst prepared under the condition of n(Ti)∶n(M) of 3∶1 and calcination temperature of 500 ℃ had high activity in the synthesis. Under the conditions of n(1,3-PDO)∶n(PTA) 1.6 and the catalyst dosage(based on the mass of PTA) 5.75×10-4;the final temperature 235 ℃,reaction time 3.25 h and pressure 0.10-0.20 MPa for the esterification;reaction temperature 235-260 ℃,reaction time 40 min and pressure 500 Pa for the prepolymerization;and reaction temperature 260 ℃,polymerization time 2.25 h and final reaction pressure 100 Pa for the polycondensation, the intrinsic viscosity,b value and terminal carboxyl group content of the synthesized PTT product were 0.902 0 d L/g,2.88 and 18.34 mmol/kg,respectively.
