摘要：双循环新发展格局是应对国内外市场变化,构建更具竞争力经济的重大战略。以马克思经济空间思想为理论基点审视新中国成立以来的经济发展格局,可以把握新时代经济发展从空间生产到生产空间的深层逻辑转换。双循环新发展格局是在全面迈向社会主义现代化建设历史进程中生成的,是立足新时代经济发展空间形势科学研判制定的前瞻性经济发展战略。新时代构建双循环新发展格局,应在梳理马克思经济空间理论和新中国经济发展格局历史演变的基础上,不断挖掘国内消费市场、扩大对外开放以及加强科技创新,为新时代经济发展拓展生产新空间。
The new dual circulation development pattern responds to changes in domestic and foreign markets and guides the construction of a more competitive economy.Taking the Marxist economic space thought as the theoretical basis to examine the pattern of economic development since the founding of New China,we can grasp the deep logical transformation of economic development in the new era from space production to production space.The dual circulation is a new development pattern generated during the historical development of socialist modernization in an all-round way.It is a forward-looking economic development strategy based on the scientific research and judgment of the economic development space situation in the new era.To construct a new dual-circulation development pattern in the new era,it is necessary to continue to explore the domestic consumer market,expand opening up,and strengthen technological innovation on the basis of combing Marx’s economic space theory and the history of the new Chinese economic development pattern,so as to expand and produce new products for economic development in the new era space.
