摘要:A modeling method of an unknown multi-parameter closed loop control system consisted of linear motor is proposed in this paper. This article introduced the process of parameters identification through experiment characteristic of the system and modeling of the mathematical model. The executor model was completed via grey box theory, at the same time the rise time, the peak time of the step respond of the system are measured by digital oscilloscope. Ultimately the appropriate PD parameter and closed loop transfer function are achieved. Experimental and simulated data analysis proved that this method is reliable and practical and the mathematical model is rational.
