摘要：NOVELTY - A biphenyl acyl amine compound (I), is new. USE - A biphenyl acyl amine compound (I) used for preparing an agricultural insecticide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The biphenyl acyl amine compound (I) is easy to prepare, has low toxicity, and is environment-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A biphenyl acyl amine compound of formula (I) or its salt, is new. R1, R2=H, 1-3C alkoxy, 1-4C straight-chain or branched-chain hydrocarbon, 1-4C straight-chain or branched-chain alkyl (substituted with halo, phenyl, CN, OCH3, acetyl, fluoro substituted acetyl, -SO2, F2C-SO2-, -S-, phenyl (optionally substituted with halo, 1-3C alkyl, 1-3C hydrocarbon, 1-3C halogenated hydrocarbon, 1-3C alkoxy, fluoro-substituted 1-3C alkoxy, -NO2, OH, CN, -NH2, cyclopropyl, sulfonic acid group, acetyl, fluoro-substituted acetyl, -SR11(O)n, -C=N-CH3,-O-CH=C-(Cl)2, or -N-R12(R13)), optionally substituted cyclopropyl, naphthyl, or 5-6-membered heterocyclic group optionally substituted with methyl, -NH-NH-CH2-CH3, -S-CH3 or -NH-CH2-CH3; R11=1-3C alkyl or fluorinated 1-3C alkyl; n=0, 1, or 2; R12, R13=H or 1-3C alkyl, or R12R13N=6-membered N-containing heterocyclic ring with 1-5 phenyl substituents, or 5-6 heterocyclic radical including 1 or 2 heteroatoms of N, O or S; R3-R10= H, halo, NO2, OH, CN, NH2, 1-4C hydrocarbon, halogenated 1-4C hydrocarbyl, 1-3C alkoxy, halogenated 1-3C alkoxy, halo, acetyl, fluoro substituted acetyl, -NH-CH2, -S(O)2-R14 or -S-R15; R14=1-3C alkyl or halo 1-3C alkyl; and R15=H, 1-3C alkyl or halo 1-3C alkyl, provided that R1 and R2 are not simultaneously methyl and one of R11 and R12 is not H. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of (I); and (2) an agricultural pesticide comprising 0.001-99.99 wt.% (I), and a carrier and/or excipient.
