摘要:NOVELTY - Compact three-phase separation method involves introducing fluid material containing gas in the separation device to distributor, uniformly distributing to jet discharge device, forming gas-liquid mixture into large number of micro bubbles, discharging gas-liquid mixture, introducing oil droplets into skimming tank, vaporizing, and discharging feed water; and passing skimming fluid through coalescencing cavity, introducing water into outer cavity and into inner tube, forming oil-water interface, and discharging oil phase and water phase. USE - Method for compact three-phase separation (claimed) used in oil-gas containing water production or sewage-oil degassing process. ADVANTAGE - The device needs no external gas supply and gas-liquid auxiliary circulation facilities, has short process, and occupies small space. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Compact three-phase separation method comprises introducing fluid material containing gas in the separation device to distributor, uniformly distributing to jet discharge device comprising jet device and drainage pipe, forming gas-liquid mixture into large number of micro bubbles, discharging gas-liquid mixture from rotating flow field separation cavity, where oil droplets and bubbles reach the water surface, introducing oil droplets into skimming tank, vaporizing, and discharging feed water; and passing skimming fluid through rectifying plate into polymer cavity, passing through coalescencing cavity to form large coalescencing droplets, introducing water into outer cavity and into inner tube, forming oil-water interface, and discharging oil phase and water phase. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of separation device comprising tank body, distributor, jet drainage device, inner cylinder, bottom baffle plate, distributor outlet, discharging port, feeding port, exhaust port, rectification plate, coalescing cavity, drainage pipe, air conduit, and skimming tank.
