摘要:依据《第一批化学物质环境风险优先评估计划》、《优先控制化学品名录》和《重点管控新污染物清单(2023年版)》,结合华东地区某市相关企业实际生产和使用情况,对该市相关化学物质进行统计调查,筛选出该市重点化学物质,并调查了目标化合物在该市重点企业周边环境介质的污染情况。结果表明:该市相关化学物质的生产和使用主要集中在HG区和JS区,主要涉及行业为石油、煤炭及其他燃料加工业以及化学原料和化学制品制造业;根据生产/使用量信息,筛选出该市6种重点化学物质,分别为苯、甲苯、双酚A、1,2-二氯乙烷、1,3-丁二烯和甲醛;对于该市6种重点化学物质生产和使用量最大的两家企业进行环境样品分析发现,环境空气是相关化学物质的主要归趋,这些物质存在潜在致癌风险,其中1,2-二氯乙烷和甲醛是主要的致癌风险物质。该研究结果为筛选优先控制化学物质、进一步识别其风险以及有的放矢地对其加强管理提供了理论依据。
Based on the First Batch of Chemical Substances Environmental Risk Priority Assessment Plan,the List of Priority Control Chemicals,and the List of Key Controlled New Pollutants(2023 Edition),combined with the actual production and use of related enterprises in a city in East China,a statistical survey of relevant chemical substances in the city was conducted to screen key chemical substances.The pollution status of the target compounds in environmental media around key enterprises was also investigated.The results show that the relevant chemical substances in the city are mainly produced and used in HG District and JS District,primarily involving industries such as petroleum,coal,and other fuel processing,as well as raw chemical materials and chemical products manufacturing.According to production and usage data,six key chemical substances have been identified in the city,namely,benzene,toluene,bisphenol A,1,2-dichloroethane,1,3-butadiene,and formaldehyde.According to the analysis of the environmental samples around the two enterprises with the highest production and usage volumes of these six chemical substances in the city,the ambient air is the primary environmental sink of these chemicals,and all these substances pose potential carcinogenic risks,with 1,2-dichloroethane and formaldehyde as the main contributors.The findings provide a theoretical basis for screening priority control chemical substances,further identifying their risks,and implementing targeted management measures.
