摘要：设计了满足过程控制实验需求的双容水箱实验装置,并开发了一种基于Internet的远程实验系统。该系统底层测控装置采用可编程控制器(PLC)和各种检测仪表和控制装置,Web服务器程序采用组态王开发,实时实验数据采用动态数据交换(DDE)从Web服务器提取。应用表明,该系统能完成过程控制相关课程的主要实验,具有功能灵活、安全可靠、节能的特点。
A two-water-tank pilot equipment was designed and an internet-based control laboratory was developed to implement remote process control experiments.The system includes various measurement instruments and PLC control system.Web server of the system was developed with Kingview,a configuration software.An application software was developed to extract real-time data from the web server with DDE technology.The applications showed that the remote laboratory is useful for the process control related courses and L it is flexible, safety and energy-saving.
