摘要:Sodium citrate capped ZnS and CdS nanoparticles were synthesized. Mixing the two partners gave rise to new phenomena in optical and structural properties. The interacting process was probed byUV-vis absorption, emission spectra, XRD, and TEM. The results confirmed that the ZNΓdS coref/shell structure was formed due to Oswald ripening. Copyright ?
