摘要：药用蔗糖是一种重要的药用辅料,是关系到国计民生的重要物资。目前国内药用蔗糖的制备工艺发展相对滞后,品种单一,高端品种严重不足。药用蔗糖制备的关键在于分离纯化工艺,随着我国对药用蔗糖的需求逐步提高,开发新型的分离纯化技术并应用到药用蔗糖制备已迫在眉睫。综述了目前国内外药用蔗糖的分离纯化工艺及相关分离纯化技术,阐述了新型分离纯化技术在药用蔗糖制备过程中的研究进展,并对未来药用蔗糖纯化工艺的开发提出建议。
Medicinal sucrose is one of the important pharmaceutical excipients in pharmaceutical industry of our country.It is an important material related to national economy and people′s livelihood.The key step in the preparation of medicinal sucrose lies in the separation and purification process.With the increasing demand of medicinal sucrose in our country,the preparation of domestic medicinal sucrose faces some challenges,such as the slow development of preparation technology,single variety,and the insufficient output of high-quality products.It is urgent to develop novel separation and purification techniques and to apply them to the preparation of medicinal sucrose.Herein,the preparation process,separation and purification methods of medicinal sucrose domestic and abroad are reviewed,and the future development of medicinal sucrose purification technology is also discussed.
