摘要:近年来葫芦脲因为其在超分子化学领域有着巨大的潜在应用价值而备受研究者关注。本文描述了一种两臂均为葫芦脲潜在包结点的V型菁染料分子DP与葫芦脲[8]之间的包结现象,通过一维、二维核磁共振氢谱、质谱和紫外可见吸收光谱等手段对包结物进行了研究,结果表明DP与葫芦脲[8]形成1∶1包结物,且其两臂均被葫芦脲[8]所环绕,相关包结常数为(5.4±0.4)×105。
Interest in the cucurbiturils has increased dramatically in the past two decades because of its potentialapplications in the field of supramolecular chemistry.Herein the investigation of the inclusion behavior of a V-tpyecyanine dye DP and cucurbit[8]uril was reported.1D and 2D1 H NMR,Mass spectrum and UV-Vis absorptionspectrum were used to the conformational identification of the inclusion complex,which turn out to be a 1∶1 complex.Moreover,both of the two arms of the DP molecule locate into the CB[8]cavity,and their association constant werecalculated as(5.4±0.4)×105.
