摘要:考察了氯代烃和芳烃两类溶剂对普通硫磺溶解度的影响,结果表明,溶剂分子中的C=C和—Cl取代基对普通硫磺的溶解有明显的促进作用,富含C=C双键和—Cl取代基结构的溶剂对普通硫磺具有较高的溶解度。初步筛选出了含有上述基团的4种有望替代二硫化碳成为不溶性硫磺新型萃取剂。初步确定了不溶性硫磺新型萃取剂的适宜萃取工艺条件:萃取温度80℃,萃取时间15 min,溶剂比一般不低于5:1。并考察了上述溶剂对萃取效果的影响。综合评价结果表明:其中一种氯代烃及其与多元醇的混合溶剂可以替代二硫化碳成为不溶性硫磺新型萃取剂。
The effects of chlorinated hydrocarbons and aromatics as solvents on sulfur solubility were studied. The results showed that C=C bond and -Cl radical in solvent molecules could effectively promote sulfur solubility in these solvents. The solvents rich in C=C bonds and -Cl radicals have high solubilitities for sulfur. Four solvents with the above mentioned groups were screened out to be hopeful substitute for carbon disulfide as extractant for insoluble sulfur (IS). The appropriate extraction conditions for extracting IS were determined on the basis of the experiments, extraction temperature of 80 ℃, extraction time of 15 min, and solvent ratio of no less than 5 : 1(m : m) in general case. The effects of the above solvents on the extraction of IS were also investigated. The comprehen sive evaluation results showed that a chlorinated hydrocarbon as well as its mixture with a polyol are ideal substitutes for carbon disulfide to extract IS.
