摘要:NOVELTY - Preparing high quality calcium sulfate crystal whisker by using alkali waste liquid and waste sulfuric acid, comprises: (a) crushing the waste sulfuric acid in a reactor, and heating; (b) adding preheated calcium chloride solution; (c) stirring; (d) heating to react, preserving heat, maintaining uniform and stable heating, calcium sulfate whisker growth, smooth surface, small whisker diameter and large length-diameter ratio respectively; (e) performing hot filtration to obtain a filter cake; and (f) washing the obtained filter cake to obtain the calcium sulfate crystal whisker product. USE - The method is useful for preparing high-quality calcium sulfate crystal whisker by using an alkali waste liquid and waste sulfuric acid. ADVANTAGE - The method produces sulfuric acid of high quality; effectively utilizes resources; and reduces environmental pollution, and hence it is ecofriendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing high quality calcium sulfate crystal whisker by using alkali waste liquid and waste sulfuric acid, comprises: (a) crushing the waste sulfuric acid in a reactor, and heating at 40-140 degrees C under stirring condition; (b) adding preheated calcium chloride solution to the alkali waste liquid using a peristaltic pump; (c) stirring by adjusting the rotating speed of the stirrer; (d) heating to react, preserving heat, maintaining uniform and stable heating, calcium sulfate whisker growth, smooth surface, small whisker diameter and large length-diameter ratio respectively; (e) after reacting, performing hot filtration using a vacuum filtration machine to obtain a filter cake; and (f) washing the obtained filter cake to obtain the calcium sulfate crystal whisker product.
