摘要：本文主要用正交试验法研究了在抽提法生产胱氨酸的工艺中，改变二次中和条件对胱氨酸收率产生的影响，并讨论了其影响原因，对工业生产有一定的指导意义。
The effect on cystine yield produced by changing factors of the second neutralization in preparing cystine from hair was studied. The reasons were also discussed. The result is useful in optimization of the factors in cystine preparation.
