摘要:用原位无皂乳液聚合法制备了聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/钠基蒙脱石(PMMA/MMT)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/硅溶胶(PMMA/SiS)二元纳米复合材料,以及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/钠基蒙脱石/硅溶胶(PMMA/MMT/SiS)三元纳米复合材料。用凝胶液相色谱、小角X射线衍射、差热分析、热重分析以及拉伸测试探讨了纳米粒子种类、用量对聚合物组成、热稳定性和拉伸性能的影响。纳米粒子的加入使PMMA的分子量分布变宽。当纳米组分含量适当时,PMMA的热稳定性和拉伸强度得到增强,且三元纳米复合材料具有比二元纳米复合材料更好的热稳定性和更大的拉伸强度。
Binary nanocomposites, such as poly(methyl methacrylate)/ Na^+-montmorillonite (PM- MA/MMT) and poly(methyl methacrylate)/silica sol (PMMA/SiS), and ternary nanocomposites, PMMA/Na^+-montmorillonite/silica sol (PMMA/MMT/SiS), were prepared via irrsitu soap-free emulsion polymerization. The gel permeation chromatography, small-angle X-ray diffractometry, differential scan- ning colorimeter, thermogravimetric analysis and tensile tests were carried out to investigate the effect of type and fraction of nanoparticles on the polymer molecular weight and distri-bution, thermal stability and tensile strength of the nanocomposites. The results show that the molecular weight distribution is broadened by introducing the nanoparticles. At a certain nanoparticle fraction, the ternary nanocomposite is more efficient in improving thermal stability and tensile strength of PMMA than binary nanocomposites.
