摘要：南京炼油厂千吨级Ｃ５／Ｃ６烷烃全异构化装置由４塔组成的分子筛吸附分离和一次通过的异构化反应两部分组成，采用我国自己开发研究的异构化催化剂和分子筛吸附剂，在适宜的工艺条件下，由全异构化过程得到的全异构化油的研究法辛烷值为８９．５～９０．７，达到国外同类工艺水平。
A 1000t/yr pilot plant of pentane/hexane total isomerization process in Refinery of Jinling Petrochemical Corporation was composed of a four column molecular sieve adsorption/separation section and an once-through reaction section. The isomerization catalyst and the absorbent were developed in China. Under the appropriate operating conditions, the RON of the isomerized oil was 90￣ 91which was close to the advanced level.
