摘要:通过对预缩聚反应器流动模型分析,结合缩聚反应化平衡,反应动力学和反应器内传质的研究,建立了适用于工业装置的预缩聚反应过程的数学模型。
A new mathematical model, in a series of stirred tank reactors has been developed for continuous prepolymerization process. It includes chemical equilibrium, reaction kinetics, mass transfer between liquid and gas of EG, water, acetaldehyde and DEG. The validity of this model has been verified in comparison with the data of commercial prepolymerization reactors.
