摘要:In order to systematically investigated the effect of operating parameters of the stirred tank reactor(STR),the impacts of the dissolved oxygen(DO)levels and the agitation intensity(AI)on the efficiency of the biological oxidation process and the microbial community structures were studied by a laboratory bioleaching STR.The results demonstrated that higher DO level would be conducive to improve the efficiency of the biological oxidation.Increasing AI within a certain range would be enhanced the bio-oxidation process efficiency.However,too high DO levels and AI would have a negative effect.T-RFLP analysis results indicated that the diversity and the abundance of the microorganism were different greatly at various DO and AI.However,both Acidospaera rubrifaciens str and Sulfobacillus thermosulfidooxidans were the dominate species for all the experimental conditions.Results of this study could provide important technical support for the optimization and scale-up process of the bioleaching STR.
