摘要:由于智能电饭煲功能较多、外观特征多样,用户情感体验复杂多变,难以通过量化的方法来衡量这些因素对于产品的重要度。通过层次分析法和模糊综合评价相结合的方法(FAHP),建立智能电饭煲设计的待评价项目,以交互方式、烹饪模式、外观特征及智能体验为准则指标,建立基于智能电饭煲的不同层级要素分析模型,经用户测评计算出各项设计评价因素的权值,再对产品的各项设计要素进行模糊综合评价,最终得出智能电饭煲总体评价分值。通过4个准则指标对智能电饭煲进行全面评价,为设计出符合用户需求的智能电饭煲提供量化分析参考。
There are many functions,diverse appearance features,complicated and changeable emotional experience in the intelligent rice cooker.It is difficult to quantify the importance of these factors to the product.Evaluation project of Intelligent rice cooker design was established through the FAHP method combined with analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Different hierarchical factor analysis models of smart rice cookers were established with the rules of interactive mode,cooking mode,appearance features and intelligent experience.The weights of various design evaluation factors were calculated through user evaluation.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was performed on each design factor of product to obtain the overall evaluation score of this smart rice cooker.The comprehensive evaluation was performed on the intelligent rice cooker through four rules,which could provide quantitative analysis references of intelligent rice cooker that meet user requirement.
