摘要：NOVELTY - Use of thiazole derivative (I) or its salt in pharmaceutical composition or in preparation of medicament for treating virus infection, is claimed. USE - Use of thiazole derivative in pharmaceutical composition or in preparation of medicament for treating virus infection. The virus is RNA virus including influenza virus, respiratory syncytial virus, enterovirus 71 (EV71), dengue virus (dengue virus type 2), Zika virus, and Japanese encephalitis virus (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Use of thiazole derivative of formula (I) or its salt in pharmaceutical composition or in preparation of medicament for treating virus infection, is claimed. R1=H, optionally substituted 1-6C alkyl, or 3-6C cycloalkyl; R2=H, halo, optionally substituted 1-6C alkyl, optionally substituted 1-6C alkoxy, CN, NO2, hydroxy, or NR'aR'b; R'a,R'b=H or 1-6C alkyl; R3=H or optionally substituted 1-6C alkyl; R4=H or halo; m=0-4;and n=0-5. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) pharmaceutical composition, which comprises compound (I) or its salt in combination with other antiviral drugs, and a carrier or an excipient; and (2) method for treating virus infection in patient in need, which involves administering specific amount of compound (I) or its salt in patient in need.
