摘要：本文以构建北京奥运会运营体系评价指标为主题,从系统的角度,引入了投入-产出-成效-效率效益(Input-Output-Outcome-efficiency effectiveness)的结构模型,来考察北京奥运会运营体系的运营状况。
The paper discusses the Beijing Olympic Games operation system assessment index from the Input-Output-Outcome structure model, to inspect the status of the Beijing Olympic Games operation system.
