摘要:NOVELTY - A highly hydrophobic organic silicon-polyurethane thermal insulation composite consists of polyurethane modified with super-hydrophobic silane. The composite material is obtained by evenly mixing a component (C) with a component (A), and evenly mixing the mixture with component (B), reacting at a preset temperature to obtain the target product. The component (A) contains polysiloxane, polyether polyol, chain extender, catalyst and silane coupling agent. The component (B) contains isocyanate and the component (C) contains hollow microspheres. USE - Highly hydrophobic organic silicon-polyurethane thermal insulation composite used for marine petroleum pipeline. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A highly hydrophobic organic silicon-polyurethane thermal insulation composite consists of polyurethane modified with super-hydrophobic silane, has density of 500-900 kg/m3, compressive property of more than 40 MPa, coefficient of heat conductivity of less than 0.13 w.ml-1.K-1, water absorptivity of less than 3%, and water contact angle of 120-175 degrees . The composite material is obtained by evenly mixing a component (C) with a component (A), and evenly mixing the mixture with component (B), reacting at a preset temperature to obtain the target product. The component (A) contains 5-50 pts. wt. polysiloxane, 10-50 pts. wt. polyether polyol, 0-30 pts. wt. chain extender, 0.001-4 pts. wt. catalyst and 0.5-5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent. The polysiloxane is reactive polysiloxane. The polyether polyol is polytetramethylene ether glycol with number average molecular weight of 250-3000, polypropylene glycol with number average molecular weight of 100-3000 or polyethylene glycol with number average molecular weight of 100-3000. The silane coupling agent is KH550, KH602 and/or KH792. The catalyst comprises tertiary amine, quaternary ammonium salt, organic metal compounds and/or metal complexes. The chain extender comprises 1,4-butanediol, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, diethylene glycol, glycerin, trimethylolpropane, 1,4-cyclohexanediol, hydrogenated bisphenol A, 1,6-hexanediol, diethanolamine, triethanolamine, methyldiethanolamine, diethyltoluenediamine and/or 3,5-dimethylthiotoluenediamine. The component (B) contains isocyanate, and includes aliphatic, alicyclic, aromatic isocyanate, isocyanuric acid ester or isocyanate prepolymer, preferably methylene diphenyl diisocyanate. The mass ratio of the component (A) to component (B) is (3):1. The component (C) is hollow microspheres used in the ratio of 1-50% of the whole composite material and having grain diameter of 0.1-700 microns. The hollow microspheres include polymer hollow micro-balls, ceramics hollow microspheres or glass hollow microballoons comprising inert gas with density of less than 0.25 g/cc. The components (A-C) are uniformly mixed, poured into a mold preheated to 50-200 degrees C, solidified for 30-180 minutes, and cured at room temperature. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the composite material.
