摘要:采用二步溶胀法制备单分散PMMA微球,首先用分散聚合法制备出单分散的PMMA微球为种子,然后对种子进行溶胀并聚合。重点研究了溶胀温度、PMMA微球种子粒径、活化剂种类、加料时间对溶胀效果的影响,发现溶胀温度在35℃,PMMA微球种子粒径在2.0μm左右,以1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯作为活化剂,加料时间1 h对PMMA微球的溶胀效果最好。
The PMMA seed of microsphere was prepared by dispersion polymerization, and monodisperse microspheres were prepared by two-stage swelling procedure. The factors including swelling temperature, size of PMMA seeds activated reagents and feeding times were investigated. When the swelling temperature is 35 ℃, size of PMMA seeded microspheres is 2 μm, EM221 is used as activated reagent and feeding time is 1 h, the good result could be obtained.
