摘要:NOVELTY - A gold-organosilicon-gold multilayer core-shell nanostructure has gold nanogranules as core, organosilicon intermediate dielectric layer provided on the core, and gold nanomaterial shell provided on the dielectric layer. USE - Gold-organosilicon-gold multilayer core-shell nanostructure is used as surface-enhanced Raman scattering substrate for Raman bioimaging (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The multilayer core-shell nanostructure having single morphology, and excellent monodispersity and photothermal effect is manufactured efficiently by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of multilayer core-shell nanostructure, which involves mixing gold chloride and trisodium citrate to form gold nanogranules colloid solution, mixing aqueous ammonia and organosilicon colloidal solution, applying on surface of gold nanogranules to form intermediate dielectric layer, mixing gold chloride and reducing agent, and growing gold nanomaterial on surface of dielectric layer.
