摘要:NOVELTY - Preparing fine crystalline titanium aluminide/titanium nitride gradient coating on titanium and titanium alloy surface involves performing laser scanning process for the surface of titanium and titanium alloy under the nitrogen atmosphere, and synchronous in-situ aluminum powder ultrasonically vibrating treatment to prepare the fine crystalline titanium aluminide/titanium nitride gradient coating on titanium and titanium alloy surface. USE - Method for preparing fine crystalline titanium aluminide/titanium nitride gradient coating on titanium and titanium alloy surface (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare fine crystalline titanium aluminide/titanium nitride gradient coating on titanium and titanium alloy surface which has no air hole, crack-resistance, low surface roughness, grain refining ability, high hardness, good wear resistance and corrosion resistance and reduced surface residual stress. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a device which comprises work-piece base of ultrasonic vibrating platform which is connected to ultrasonic generator, laser generator set above the ultrasonic vibrating platform, aluminum powder conveyor at the outlet of laser generator connected through a pipeline of the coaxial feeder, and nitrogen conveyor at the outlet of laser generator connected through the other pipeline of nitrogen bottle, where the ultrasonic vibrating platform and laser generator are accommodated in the sealing box body.
