摘要：文章以上海市徐汇区凌云街道化工一四村为例,探析当前高校参与社区微更新的行动路径及模式,以此为探索社区微更新更多主体的规划形式以及创新社区治理机制提供参考。研究表明,高校作为中间协调方,具有学科交叉融合、地理接近性和陪伴式服务的特点,可通过建立协作平台、完善资源分配和协同治理保障,丰富居民参与途径,创新居民参与治理机制。建议鼓励更多校社联动,推动建立更全面、更精细的合作机制,在不超出权责边界的情况下,确保高校在参与社区更新合作过程中能够充分发挥其独特优势。
Taking the Chemical No.14 Village in Lingyun street,Xuhui district,Shanghai as an example,this article explores the current action paths and models for university involvement in community micro-renewal.It aims to provide references for exploring more planning forms of community micro-renewal with multiple stakeholders and innovating community governance mechanisms.The research shows that universities,as intermediaries,possess characteristics such as interdisciplinary integration,geographical proximity,and supportive services.They can enrich avenues for resident participation and innovate governance mechanisms by establishing collaborative platforms,improving resource allocation,and ensuring coordinated governance.The article suggests encouraging more university-community collaborations,promoting the establishment of more comprehensive and refined cooperation mechanisms,and ensuring that universities can fully leverage their unique advantages in the community renewal process,without exceeding their boundaries of rights and responsibilities.
