摘要:采用示差扫描量热仪、红外光谱仪对聚醚砜增韧4,4′-二氨基二苯甲烷环氧树脂/4,4′-二氨基二苯砜(TGDDM/DDS)的固化过程进行了研究,运用Kissinger法、Flynn-Wall-Ozawa法和Crane方程计算了固化体系的表观活化能和反应级数。研究表明:聚醚砜的加入促进了环氧树脂的固化,并且随着聚醚砜含量的提高,体系的表观活化能逐渐降低,反应级数均接近于1。
The curing process of polyether sulfone toughened 4, 4′- diaminodiphenyl methane epoxy resin/4, 4′- diaminodiphenyl sulfone(TGDDM/DDS) was studied by differential scanning calorimetry and infrared spectroscopy. The apparent activation energy and reaction order were calculated using Kissinger method, Flynn-Wall-Ozawa method and Crane equation. The results showed that the curing of epoxy resin was promoted by the addition of polyether sulfone and the apparent activation energy was gradually decreased with the increasing of polyether sulfone content. The reaction orders were all close to 1.
