摘要：介绍了环境友好型橡胶填充油的研究背景、判定标准和检测方法,分析了以中国石化高桥石化公司2种糠醛精制抽出油为原料调合得到的橡胶填充油的质量指标,认为其符合普通高芳烃橡胶填充油的产品质量要求,但其多环芳烃含量高,还达不到环境友好型橡胶填充油的质量要求,并对生产环境友好型橡胶填充油的工艺方法提出了建议。
The research background, criteria and testing methods of environment-friendly rubber processing oil were introduced with 9 references. The specification requirements of rubber processing oil were analyzed, which was produced by mixing two kinds of furfural refining oil from Gaoqiao Petrochemical Corporation, and the processing oil was considered to meet the requirements of general high aromatic hydrocarbon rubber processing oil, but not to meet the requirements of environment-friendly rubber processing oil because of its high polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon content, and the manufacture techniques of the latter were suggested.
