摘要：作者对酶法在中药提取中的酶解作用机制、提取工艺以及目前在中药有效成分提取中的应用情况进行文献综述,分析酶法用于中药提取的现存问题,并对酶法在中药提取中的应用进行了展望。
Application and progress on the extraction process of traditional Chinese medicine with enzymatic method. This paper summarized the application of enzymatic method to the extraction of the Chinese traditional medicine. The enzymolysis mechanism, extraction process and application of enzymatic method to extraction of the effective components of amylose, flavone, saponin were demonstrated. The existing problems on the application of enzymatic method to the extraction process of the traditional Chinese medicine were discussed and the prospect was illuminated.
