摘要：在"高质量发展、高品质生活、高效能治理"的要求下,上海需要强调"生态之城"发展的"六个形态",形成全域跨区布局、协同发展的新格局。要在继续建设完善开放绿色空间的基础上,形成宏观上多层次、网络化,微观上犹如毛细血管状的绿色空间形态;通过可持续的低碳循环创新产业,激发活力绿色产业形态;加强科技的力量,建立智慧绿色技术形态;营造绿色氛围,引导健康绿色生活形态;提高生态治理能力,塑造多元全面的绿色治理形态;精心打造丰富多彩的绿色文化形态,传承绿色梦想。
Under the requirements of“high-quality development,high-quality life,and high-performance governance”,Shanghai needs to emphasize the“six forms”of the development of the“Eco-city”and form a new pattern of cross-regional layout and coordinated development.On the basis of continuing to build and improve the open green space,we need to form a multi-level and networked green space form on the macro level and capillary-like green space form on the micro level;stimulate a vibrant green industrial form through more sustainable low-carbon recycling innovation industries;strengthen the power of science and technology and establish a smart green technology form;create a green atmosphere and guide a healthy green life form;improve ecological governance capacity and shape a diversified and comprehensive green governance;and elaborate a colorful green culture to inherit green dreams.
