摘要:为研究二乙烯基苯的热聚合特性,采用气相色谱内标法测定二乙烯基苯的转化率,考察了温度和阻聚剂对二乙烯基苯聚合过程的影响。结果表明:二乙烯基苯聚合为典型的热聚合行为,与苯乙烯热聚合相比,二乙烯基苯的聚合速率更快;在90℃,分别考察了4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶氧化物(OH-TEMPO)、4,6-二硝基邻仲丁基苯酚(DNBP)和复配型阻聚剂对二乙烯基苯聚合反应的影响,OH-TEMPO的诱导期与OH-TEMPO的量成线性关系;DNBP的加入没有诱导期产生,但会降低聚合反应速率;在90℃,质量分数为0.04%的阻聚剂在30 min时,OH-TEMPO、DNBP和复配型阻聚剂对二乙烯基苯聚合的转化率分别为3.2%、3.0%和1.9%,复配型阻聚剂对二乙烯基苯的阻聚效果更好。
In order to study the thermal polymerization characteristics of divinylbenzene(DVB),the conversion of DVB was determined by gas chromatography method,and the effects of temperature and inhibitor on the polymerization process of DVB were investigated.The results show that the polymerization of DVB is a typical thermal polymerization,and DVB has faster polymerization rate than styrene.The effect of 4-nitrophenol,hydroxy-2,2,6,6-methyl piperidine tetra-1-oxygen free radical(OH-TEMPO),4,6-dinitro-2-butylphenol(DNBP),and the two-component inhibitor on the polymerization of divinylbenzene was studied at 90℃.The induction period of OH-TEMPO was linear with its own dosage;The retarder DNBP can reduce the polymerization rate and there is no induction period;When OH-TEMPO,DNBP,and the two-component inhibitor were used at 90℃,the conversion of divinylbenzene polymerization was 3.2%,3.0%,and 1.9%,respectively.When the inhibitor with a mass fraction of 0.04%was used for 30min,the two-component inhibitor has better inhibition effect.
