摘要:提出了一种改善有机PTC导电材料电性能重复稳定性的新途径,即在发热体材料中导入一种与碳黑粒子表面有亲和性的极性接枝物作为第三组分,使其在界面形成一种所谓“束缚组成物”或“相互贯入型树脂组成物”,使碳黑粒子在基体中分散稳定。实验表明,该法可以消除NTC效应,提高电阻稳定性及PTC强度。从基体与导电粒子表面相互作用的观点作了解释。
A new method was proposed to improve the resistance stability of organic PTC material and its appliance which find wide applications in chemical and petroleum industry. A polar grafted polymer which has an affinity for carbon surface was introduced in the heating system, which in turn stabilize CB particals. The experimental results show that this means can eliminate NTC effect, and improve the reproducibility of the lg ρ ~ T curve, and enhance the PTC intensity. The results was explained in the light of surface interaction between matrix and CB particals.
