摘要：NOVELTY - The present invention relates to a method of extracting erythromycin from fermentation liquid by phase change extraction. An inert substance is added to the fermentation liquid to make the extractant and fermentation liquid undergo phase separation, then the erythromycin is extracted directly from the unfiltered fermentation liquid. ADVANTAGE - The method is convenient to operate, gives a high extraction rate and can proceed industrialized production.
