摘要：国家政权建设,是国家政权的科层化与理性化程度不断提高以及在迈向多层级、具体化基础上对社会管理与引领不断强化的过程。研究通过对新中国成立以来居委会产生、发展、改革与完善过程的历史检视,发现居委会行政化与现代国家政权建设的过程是"同频共振"的。在居民委员会发展的不同阶段,国家通过政权建设的逻辑、革命的逻辑以及改革的逻辑实现了对居委会的不断深入管理,呈现出国家与社会的一体化策略,国家统合社会中革命的传统与基层治理的不断改进运行,以及国家建设与社会成长中国家与社会治理空间的转换与变迁。
The construction of state power is a process of increasing level of bureaucratization and rationallzation of state power,and continuously strengthening the administration of society on the basis of moving towards a mult-level and concrete state.From the historical review of the neighborhood committee s“knowledge pedigree”in the process of emergence,development,and reform and improvement since the founding of the People s Republic of China,the study found that the process of the neighborhood committee s administration and the construction of modern state power is consistent and homogeneous.At the different stages of the development of the residents committee,the state has adopted the logic of political power building,the logic of the revolution,and the logic of reforms to achieve constant administration of neighborhood committees,to present the political mobilization at the grassroots level and the integration strategy between the state and society,the country s revolutionary tradition in the dominant society and continuous reform of grassroots governance,as well as the transformation and changes of state and social governance space in the process of state construction and social growth.These processes are essentially the performance and mapping of the logic of state power construction in the grassroots community.
