摘要：党的十九大报告提出要打造共建共治共享的社会治理格局,进一步深化和拓展了执政党对社会治理规律的认识。共建共治共享之间的逻辑关系可以表达为,共建是共治共享的力量源泉,共治是共建共享的有效载体和实现途径,共享是共建共治的价值目标和激励动员机制。在打造共建共治共享的社会治理格局中,党建引领具有不可或缺的地位和作用,党建引领要发挥好社会治理的价值倡导和行动倡导作用,也要发挥好社会治理中的政治整合和资源整合作用,还要发挥好社会治理中的利益协调和组织协调的作用。
The report of tlie 19th CPC National Congress proposed to establisli a social governance model based on collabora-tion,participation,and common interests,furtlier deepening and expanding the understanding of tile ruling party over tile law^of so-cial governance.The logical relationship bet^veen collaboration,co-governance and sharing can be expressed as follows,collaboration is a source of strength for co-governance and sharing.Co-governance is an effective carrier and a path to achieve collaboration and sharing,sharing is the Value Target and Mechanism of Motivating Mobilization for collaboration and Co-governance.The leading of Party building not only play a important role in advocating the value of social governance and actions advocacy,but also play a good role in political integration and resource integration in social governance,and also play a vital role in the coordination and coordina-tion of interests in social governance.
