摘要:NOVELTY - The preparation method of alloy material surface manganese-chromium ceramic coating involves taking alloy material and then washing using alkali and acid, placing the washed alloy material in an infiltration box, adding manganese penetrating agent to the infiltration box and then performing titanium-manganese treatment, washing the material surface using water, adding chromium impregnation agent and then performing chromizing treatment, washing the material surface, placing in a heat treatment furnace and then filling mixed gas of water vapor, and oxidizing. USE - The method is useful for preparation of alloy material surface manganese-chromium ceramic coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of alloy material surface manganese-chromium ceramic coating with high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, thickness, carburization properties, coking properties and prolonged service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of alloy material surface manganese-chromium ceramic coating involves taking alloy material and then washing using alkali and acid, placing the washed alloy material in an infiltration box, adding manganese penetrating agent to the infiltration box and then performing titanium-manganese treatment, washing the material surface using water, adding chromium impregnation agent and then performing chromizing treatment, washing the material surface, placing in a heat treatment furnace and then filling mixed gas of water vapor, and oxidizing at high temperature and low oxygen partial pressure under reducing gas or inert gas.
