摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves establishing an industrial steam cracking furnace structure. A bottom part of a cracking furnace is arranged with a side wall of a burner. Raw material feeding quantity value is calculated. Excess air coefficient or air flow rate is calculated. A hearth is arranged with the cracking furnace. A mass transfer process is performed. A metal tube wall of an industrial test or experience initial value is calculated. Heat flux distribution information is obtained. A computational fluid mechanics process is performed. A nozzle is arranged with a bottom part of the hearth. USE - Method for predicting a cracking furnace hearth flue gas composition distribution based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD). ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving utilization rate of the furnace hearth and improving cracking furnace hearth flue gas composition predicting efficiency.
