摘要:在45℃至105℃挤压温度范围内对等规聚丙烯(iPP)进行等通道转角挤压,研究了挤压温度对iPP结构和性能的影响。结果表明:经过等通道转角挤压加工后,iPP晶粒明显细化并获得剪切取向变形,挤压温度的升高有利于iPP晶相取向的形成和结晶度增大。等通道转角挤压使iPP的透明性提高,65℃挤压后iPP透光率增幅最大,提高了21.3%;随着挤压温度的升高,iPP冲击强度和拉伸强度逐渐增加,105℃挤压后其冲击强度、拉伸强度分别比ECAE前提高了127%、38%。ECAE挤压后iPP表现出韧性延性拉伸断裂特征,断裂伸长率的增幅随挤压温度的升高而降低,45℃挤压后其增幅最大,达到1090%。
Experiments were conducted to evaluate the influence of the extrusion temperature between 45℃and 105℃ on the structure and properties of isotactic polypropylene (iPP) after equal channel angular extrusion (ECAE). It was found that grain refinement and orientation were introduced by shear deformation during ECAE, the crystal orientation and degree of crystallinity were enhanced with increasing extrusion temperature. The highest increase of transmittance of iPP was observed after ECAE at 65℃, which was 21.3 % higher than before. The impact and tensile strengths of iPP increased with increasing extrusion temperature. At 105℃, the impact and tensile strengths were 127 % and 38 %, respectively, higher than those before ECAE. Ductile fracture character of iPP prepared by ECAE was observed in the tensile test. The highest improvement in elongation at break, 1 090 %, was foundat the extrusion temperature of 45℃, however, the improvement reduced with increasing extrusion temperature.
