摘要：目前,国内各高校在教师科研业绩的考核评价中普遍存在考核周期短、政策导向性、评价方法简单量化、评价指标缺乏客观真实性等问题。针对这些问题,认真分析原因,并通过借鉴国外科研机构中比较成熟的考核机制和方法,提出完善我国现行科研业绩考核评价体系的建议。
At present,some problems exist in the universities＇appraisal and evaluation of teachers＇scientific research achievements,such as short cycle,policy-oriented,simple quantitative evaluation method,and evaluation indicators lack objective truth.To solve these problems,the paper gives a careful analysis of the causes,and by drawing lessons from the more sophisticated appraisal mechanism and methods in foreign scientific research institutions,the paper gives some proposals for improving our current evaluation system of scientific research achievement.
